Creates new Section 97-37-39 to criminalize the manufacture, possession, and use of machine gun conversion devices, defined as devices designed to convert semiautomatic firearms into fully automatic weapons.

First offense conviction results in felony charge with imprisonment up to 10 years, fines up to $10,000, or both.

Second or subsequent offense conviction results in felony charge with imprisonment up to 15 years, fines up to $20,000, or both.

Exempts persons otherwise authorized by federal law to manufacture, possess, or use machine gun conversion devices.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and is known as the "Jeremy Todd Malone Law."
