Expands Occupational Licensing Review Commission membership to include Lieutenant Governor, Commissioner of Insurance, and State Treasurer (or their designees), removing the Attorney General.

Changes meeting procedures to allow commission meetings to be called by majority vote instead of only by the chair.

Allows any commission member to request assistance or data from state agencies to carry out commission duties, rather than limiting requests to the chair.

Requires the commission to act on all proposed occupational regulation submissions within 150 calendar days of submission.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
