Designates a segment of Mississippi Highway 446 in Bolivar County extending approximately 1 mile from Shaw-Skene Road to Gilbert Road as the "H.M. 'Mack' Grimmett Memorial Highway"

Designates a segment of Mississippi Highway 28 in Soso, Jones County extending approximately 1 mile from Margay Road to its intersection with Mississippi Highway 29 as the "Paul Holifield Memorial Highway"

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching both designated highway segments

Takes effect July 1, 2024
