Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-28-33 to add mandatory grounds for charter revocation or non-renewal if a charter school receives a "D" or "F" rating under the school accreditation rating system for longer than two consecutive years.

Prohibits authorizers from renewing the charter of any school designated an "F" school during its final operating year under the charter contract term.

Prohibits authorizers from renewing the charter of any school designated "D" or "F" rated for longer than two consecutive years.

Requires authorizers to state clearly in a resolution the reasons for any charter revocation or non-renewal, with a report provided to the charter school within ten days.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
