Creates the Cyber Security Review Board responsible for addressing cybersecurity threats to Mississippi through reporting systems, best practices research, and connections with federal and industry partners.

Board consists of 7 voting members including the Executive Directors of the Office of Homeland Security (chairman) and Department of Information Technology Services (vice chairman), plus heads of Department of Public Safety, Emergency Management Agency, Mississippi National Guard, State Superintendent of Education, and Attorney General.

Board must meet at least monthly initially, with option to meet quarterly after 12 consecutive monthly meetings, and shall produce an annual cybersecurity report by December 15 for submission to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and legislative Technology Committee chairs.

Board may develop and distribute a list of best cybersecurity practices throughout the state and can expand membership with additional ex officio nonvoting members as needed.

Creates the Cyber Security Review Board Fund in the State Treasury to cover administrative and travel expenses, funded through the Department of Public Safety's regular appropriation.
