Increases threshold for purchase clerk purchases without requisition, purchase order, or receiving report from $2,000 to $5,000 in aggregate acquisition cost.

Allows purchase clerk to make purchases of fuel, parts, or repairs to equipment or heavy equipment up to $10,000 without requiring requisition, purchase order, or receiving report.

Increases threshold for boards of supervisors in counties not operating countywide road administration from $2,000 to $5,000 for general purchases without requisition, purchase order, or receiving report.

Allows boards of supervisors in non-countywide road administration counties to make purchases of fuel, parts, or repairs to equipment or heavy equipment up to $10,000 without requisition, purchase order, or receiving report.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
