Transfer ownership and control of Mississippi University for Women to Mississippi State University, effective July 1, 2025, with the institution renamed "The W at Mississippi State University."

Require the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning to develop and administer a transfer plan by July 1, 2024, including transfer of all student records, scholarships, endowments, and other funds.

Relocate the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science from Mississippi University for Women campus to The W at Mississippi State University campus in Columbus, Mississippi.

Amend Mississippi Code sections 37-117-1, 37-139-3, 37-101-1, and 25-65-7 to reflect the institutional transfer and rename references from Mississippi University for Women to The W at Mississippi State University.

Repeal sections 37-117-3, 37-117-5, 37-117-7, 37-117-9, and 37-117-11 related to Mississippi University for Women governance provisions.
