Creates the Twenty-first Chancery Court District composed of George, Green, Perry, and Wayne counties.

Creates the Twenty-fourth Circuit Court District composed of George, Green, Perry, and Wayne counties.

Removes Perry and Wayne counties from existing districts: Perry County removed from Tenth Chancery Court District and Twelfth Circuit Court District; Wayne County removed from Tenth Circuit Court District and Nineteenth Circuit Court District.

Consolidates the Sixteenth Chancery Court District to Jackson County only and the Nineteenth Chancery Court District to Jones County only.

Authorizes two legal assistants for the Twenty-fourth Circuit Court District and establishes special elections in November 2024 for the new district attorney, chancellor, and circuit judge positions, with terms beginning January 1, 2025.
