Amends Section 27-19-44, Mississippi Code of 1972, to allow the distinctive motor vehicle license tag for Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc. supporters to be issued after proof that 100 tags will be purchased is submitted to the Department of Revenue.

Reduces the standard purchase requirement for Garden Clubs of Mississippi from 300 tags (the current requirement for tags authorized after July 1, 2007) to 100 tags, bringing it in line with other specified organizations under Section 27-19-56.549(1)(n).

Requires the organization to deposit with the Department of Revenue an amount necessary to purchase 100 license tags before production can begin.

Establishes a three-year deadline from the effective date of the authorization for the organization to meet these requirements in order for tag production and issuance to proceed.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
