Adds item 73 to the definition of "qualified resort area" to include any municipality on Mississippi Highway 32 approximately one (1) to two (2) miles west of Mississippi Highway 15.

This new qualified resort area does not require any declaration or approval by the Department of Revenue.

Authorizes the governing authorities of the municipality to regulate hours of operation, revenue requirements from food service, and designate specific areas where alcoholic beverages may be sold.

The act takes effect on July 1, 2024.
