Amends Section 28 of Chapter 549, Laws of 2023 to make technical corrections to names and purposes of projects funded from the 2023 Local Improvements Project Fund, including deleting allocations for Jackson Planetarium ($1,000,000) and Greenville Parks repairs ($500,000), and clarifying recipient organizations for various infrastructure and community projects across Mississippi counties and municipalities.

Modifies Section 4, Chapter 549, Laws of 2023 to change Jackson State University's 2022 IHL Capital Improvements Fund project purpose from "construction of a new residence hall" to "construction, repair, renovation, furnishing and equipping of residence halls" (amount remains $8,013,000).

Removes Department of Finance and Administration approval requirements from three county infrastructure improvement funds (DeSoto County, Lafayette County, and Gulfport) by deleting references to the department's appropriation authority and designating the Mississippi Department of Transportation as the implementing agency instead.

Authorizes Mississippi Department of Transportation (rather than Department of Finance and Administration) to administer funds for infrastructure improvements on Interstate 55 in DeSoto County, Highway 7 in Lafayette County, and the Gulfport Commerce Corridor project.
