Amends Section 45-14-31, Mississippi Code of 1972, to allow the State Board of Health to collect licensing and administration fees for radiological health services in accordance with federal regulations (10 C.F.R. 170.21, 170.31, and 170.32).

Authorizes the State Board of Health or State Department of Health to increase fees for radiation health services, including license and registration issuance and renewal, up to two times between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2028.

Each fee increase is limited to a maximum of 25 percent of the fee amount in effect at the time of the increase.

All fees collected must be deposited into the Radiological Health Operations Fund in the State Treasury to supplement state radiological health budget allocations.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
