Appropriates $565,916 from Capital Expense Fund to Office of Attorney General for FY2024 to cover outside legal assistance, expert witness fees, court fees, and settlement agreements, including $409,692 for Doe v. Fitch case.

Appropriates $2,542,000 from Capital Expense Fund to Office of Attorney General for FY2025 for legal expenses in multiple cases including $750,000 for NAACP election litigation and $547,000 for Alexander v. Hall.

Appropriates $891,805 to State Veterans Affairs Board for FY2024 for ACA penalty expenses and $520,000 to Department of Public Safety for FY2024 for legal expenses and settlement in McLean v. Davis civil action.

Appropriates $2,700,000 from Department of Revenue License Tag Acquisition Fund for FY2024 to purchase license tags, decals, and freight costs.

Appropriates funds to multiple state agencies for FY2024 including: $3,438,425 to Secretary of State for Broadwater Marina Project; $834,250 to Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks for stewardship grants; $407,687 to State Department of Health for burn care; $4,300,000 to Finance and Administration for property insurance; and $9,905,018 to Department of Child Protection Services for salaries and operations.
