Appropriates $24,412,751.00 from the State General Fund for the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes expenditure of $10,446,164.00 from special source funds collected by or available to the Experiment Station for the same fiscal year.

Designates $1,350,000.00 of special source funds to be derived from the Education Enhancement Fund.

Establishes performance targets for three research areas: Plant Systems (29.78 scientist FTE and 227 publications), Animal Systems (26.09 scientist FTE and 263 publications), and Health & Sustainable Communities (43.10 scientist FTE and 212 publications).

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and requires the agency to submit comparable budget request detail for fiscal year 2026 and report on achievement of performance targets.
