Appropriates $230,162,672.00 from the State General Fund and $76,385,786.00 from special state treasury funds to support Mississippi's public community and junior colleges for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Allocates $169,881,404.00 through the community college support funding formula based on full-time equivalency (FTE) enrollment, with different weights for academic (1.0), technical (1.0), career (1.0), associate degree nursing (1.19), and allied health programs (1.19).

Provides $30,594,336.00 for employee life and health insurance and $8,520,000.00 for a 2% salary increase for full-time staff at the 15 participating community and junior colleges.

Designates $10,000,000.00 for the Education Technology Program, $6,750,000.00 for workforce development, $3,000,000.00 for dropout recovery initiatives, and $10,000,000.00 for career and technical advancement programs.

Appropriates $6,000,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund and $5,000,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund for construction, repair, and renovation projects distributed among the 15 community colleges.
