Appropriates $1,800,000 from the State General Fund and $136,805,708 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Authorizes 423 permanent positions and 70 time-limited positions for the department

Allocates $33,047,000 from the Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Career Center operations, unemployment compensation administration, fraud reduction, and facility improvements

Appropriates $20,986,205 from the State General Fund and authorizes $19,400,000 in special funds for the Office of Workforce Development, including $15,000,000 for the Career Coaching Program and $600,000 for Jobs for America's Graduates-Mississippi

Provides $1,500,000 for a new Information Management and Financial Tracking System and $1,000,000 from the Project Poppy Fund to expedite workforce services
