Appropriates $714,784.00 from the State General Fund for the Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

Appropriates an additional $79,286.00 from the State Treasury to the credit of the Commission on Judicial Performance for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 5 permanent positions for the Commission on Judicial Performance with no time-limited positions.

Requires the Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as Fiscal Year 2024 and submit Fiscal Year 2026 budget requests in comparable format.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with equal bids or without competitive bidding.
