Senate Bill 3021 Summary

• Appropriates $255,633,716.00 from the State General Fund and authorizes $435,994,712.00 from special source funds for the Department of Mental Health for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

• Allocates $20,951,886.00 from the Health Care Expendable Fund for specific purposes including Medicaid state share ($16,797,843.00), Alzheimer's disease services ($379,417.00), Crisis Centers ($636,374.00), fentanyl and drug abuse education ($2,000,000.00), and physician services at community mental health centers ($1,138,252.00).
