Appropriates $164,556.00 from the State General Fund to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes $342,584.00 in expenditures from special source funds collected by or available to the Authority for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 3 permanent positions for the Authority with funds appropriated under this act.

Requires the Authority to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2024, and submit future budget requests in comparable format and detail to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.

Establishes standard provisions regarding motor vehicle use, preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind in purchasing, budget compliance, and payment procedures through the State Treasurer.
