Appropriates $329,091.00 in special funds to the State Board of Funeral Services for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2024, and to submit budget requests in comparable format.

Establishes that the State Personnel Board shall determine and publish projected annualized payroll costs, and the agency head must ensure actual expenditures do not exceed projections without approval for essential new hires only.

Directs that funds be expended in compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25 and that the Mississippi Industries for the Blind be given preference in purchases when bids are equal in price, quality, and service.
