Appropriates $143,189.00 to the Mississippi Board of Registered Professional Geologists for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position for the board with no time-limited positions.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2024, and submit fiscal year 2026 budget requests in comparable format.

Establishes controls on salary expenditures, including prohibiting use of appropriated funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds, and requiring State Personnel Board approval before escalating positions or salaries.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment at equal price, quality, and service, and when making purchases without competitive bids.
