Appropriates $196,736.00 from the State Board of Massage Therapy Fund to the Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Requires the Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2024, with comparable detail in the fiscal year 2026 budget request.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment if multiple bids are equal in price, quality, and service, or when making purchases without competitive bids.

Establishes that funds shall be paid by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer based on proper requisitions.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
