Appropriates $377,775.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions to be funded from the appropriated amount.

Allocates $100,000.00 of the appropriated funds specifically for expenses related to updating the Licensing Management System.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2024, and to submit the fiscal year 2026 budget request in comparable format and detail.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024, and establishes that general funds cannot replace federal or special funds previously used for authorized salaries.
