Authorizes 8 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board.

Allocates $27,000.00 from the appropriation to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Mississippi Prescription Monitoring Program.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2024, with restrictions on salary increases and personnel actions unless new funds are available.

Effective July 1, 2024.
