Appropriates $3,943,666.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 20 permanent positions with restrictions on salary increases, transfers, and escalations without Department of Finance and Administration approval.

Establishes performance targets including 100% of licenses issued within 10 business days, 100% of renewals within 2 business days, and 100% of written complaints resolved within 6 months.

Allows the Board to escalate up to $500,000 for compliance examinations under the Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act and accept funds from other state agencies for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Requires the Board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2024 and report performance achievements in the fiscal year 2026 budget request.
