Appropriates $1,200,000 from the State Department of Agriculture and Commerce special fund for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2025.

Appropriates $64,890 for annual roundup shows for junior livestock exhibitors; $22,000 to supplement State Fair livestock premiums; and $15,000 for county livestock shows with a $1,000 maximum per county.

Appropriates $65,000 for five district livestock shows and $8,500 for five state dairy shows, with at least 75% of funds directed to 4-H Club members and Smith-Hughes School members.

Appropriates $14,150 for Mississippi High School Rodeo national finals expenses, $12,000 for Mississippi Junior High School Rodeo national finals, and $50,000 for Southern Cutting Futurity Championship.

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture and Commerce to accept grants and donations up to $1,000,000 with prior written notification to legislative leadership; takes effect July 1, 2024.
