Appropriates $1,801,395.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Board of Animal Health for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Authorizes $1,248,118.00 in expenditures from special source funds collected by or available to the Board of Animal Health for the same fiscal year

Authorizes 28 total positions: 23 permanent positions and 5 time-limited positions

Designates $250,000.00 from the Animal Health Disaster Response Fund for expenses related to responding to animal disease outbreaks

Establishes requirements that the Board maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2024 and that personal services expenditures for fiscal year 2026 cannot exceed fiscal year 2025 appropriated amounts unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature
