Appropriates $9,237,934.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Appropriates an additional $1,662,486.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Gaming Commission for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 120 permanent positions for the Gaming Commission with no time-limited positions.

Requires the Gaming Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2024 and establish performance targets including $2.00 billion in annual state riverboat gaming revenues and regulation of 26 casinos.

Directs $75,000.00 to be transferred to the Mississippi Council on Compulsive Gambling for crisis intervention and support services.
