Appropriates $9,490,876.00 from the State General Fund for Mississippi National Guard general operating expenses for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Appropriates $171,632,613.00 from various military funds including Camp Shelby Timber Fund, Army National Guard Programs Fund, Camp Shelby Base Operations Fund, and Air National Guard Programs Fund for fiscal year 2025.

Authorizes 886 permanent positions and 27 time-limited positions within the appropriated funds.

Allocates specific amounts for Youth Challenge Program ($2,325,999.00), Armed Forces Military Museum ($658,510.00), Sonny Montgomery Center for America's Veterans ($300,000.00), and Youth Challenge Program uniform purchases ($10,000.00).

Appropriates $12.5 million from the Capital Expense Fund for facility projects including Youth Challenges Academy renovations ($5,000,000.00), Southaven Armory ($6,000,000.00), and Corinth Armory ($1,500,000.00).
