Appropriates $3,191,450.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's Office, staff, and Governor's Mansion for fiscal year July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

Appropriates an additional $637,391.00 from Special Funds in the State Treasury to the Governor's Office for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 39 permanent positions and 7 time-limited positions within the Executive Department.

Requires the Governor's Office to give purchasing preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal in price, quality, and service.

Directs the Executive Department to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as Fiscal Year 2024, with comparable budget request submissions for Fiscal Year 2026.
