Reappropriates $49,700,148.00 in Gulf Coast Restoration Funds for fiscal year 2025 to support 27 projects across coastal Mississippi communities, including infrastructure, redevelopment, and economic development initiatives.

Reappropriates $30,884,624.00 for fiscal year 2025 to fund 13 additional projects including downtown redevelopment, waterfront improvements, and technology park development.

Reappropriates $40,730,647.00 for fiscal year 2025 for 17 projects including the Mississippi Cyber Center ($13,500,000.00), University of Southern Mississippi Ocean Enterprise ($4,500,000.00), and various career and technical education centers.

Reappropriates $19,314,524.00 for fiscal year 2025 for projects recommended by the Mississippi Development Authority and projects meeting Section 57-119-9 criteria, including Port of Pascagoula North Rail Connector ($6,600,000.00) and Institute for Marine Mammal Studies ($3,000,000.00).

Reappropriates $5,500,000.00 for fiscal year 2025 for the Air Service Development Incentive Program ($2,500,000.00) and Quality of Place Incentives Program ($3,000,000.00), with $1,000,000.00 designated for South Mississippi defense and space industry strategy development.
