Appropriates $3,900,000 to the Wireless Communication Commission for construction of new statewide communication towers through June 30, 2025.

Appropriates $855,218,476 to the Governor's Office-Division of Medicaid for mandated Medicaid medical services for fiscal year 2024.

Appropriates additional funds for multiple agencies including Secretary of State ($3,977,000 for software upgrades), Mississippi Department of Education ($2,515,260 for Educable Child program), and Mississippi State Department of Health ($2,772,010 for Jackson water litigation legal expenses).
