Amends Chapter 951 of Local and Private Laws of 2023 to authorize both Rankin County Board of Supervisors and City of Pearl governing authorities to jointly contribute up to $1,500,000.00 in the aggregate annually to Trustmark Park, a Minor League Baseball stadium.

Increases the previous authorization from $750,000.00 to $1,500,000.00 and expands eligibility to include both county and municipal funds rather than county funds alone.

Maintains the repeal date of December 31, 2035 for the authorization under Chapter 951.

Repeals Chapter 952 of Local and Private Laws of 2023, which separately authorized the City of Pearl to contribute up to $750,000.00 annually, effective upon passage of this act.

Contributions are authorized at the discretion of each governing authority for economic development and tourism benefits provided by the facility.
