Appropriates $9,015,000 from the General Fund to the Town of Duck Hill for infrastructure projects during fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Allocates $1,400,000 for Main Street improvements and resurfacing from State Highway 51 to State Highway 404 West.

Allocates $1,100,000 for Rosemont Street improvements, $1,325,000 for Martin Luther King Street improvements, and $1,400,000 for Wilson Street improvements.

Allocates $1,200,000 for Lancaster Circle construction, $750,000 for water tank repairs, $750,000 for gas line service, and $750,000 for water valve infrastructure.

Allocates remaining funds for speed bumps ($45,000), standby generators at municipal wells ($220,000), and helipad construction ($75,000), with disbursement by State Treasurer upon State Fiscal Officer warrants.
