Appropriates $304,000 from the Lee County Tornado Shelter Fund to Lee County for acquiring and installing tornado shelters at fire departments and volunteer fire departments for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Requires each fire department and volunteer fire department in the county to receive at least two above-ground tornado shelters before any department receives more than two.

Authorizes Lee County to purchase tornado shelters in bulk for distribution and to spend up to 5% of appropriated funds for administrative expenses.

Mandates tornado shelters be placed on public property housing or adjacent to fire departments, with quarterly reporting to the Department of Finance and Administration on purchases, installations, and fund usage.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
