Appropriates $3,642,500.00 from the State General Fund to Newton County School District for construction of career and technical education facilities for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Appropriates $1,173,491.00 from the State General Fund to Newton County School District for equipping the career and technical education program for the same fiscal year.

Total appropriation of $4,815,991.00 to be paid by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
