Appropriates $1,750,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Lexington, Mississippi for infrastructure projects in fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Allocates $1,000,000 for paving, improving, and resurfacing downtown business district streets including Church Street, College Street, Telegraph Street, Andrews Street, North and South Vine Street, and East and West China Street.

Allocates $750,000 for paving, improving, resurfacing, and lighting the parking lot for the City Multipurpose Building.

Funds to be paid by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer based on requisitions from the proper city official.

Effective July 1, 2024.
