Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $400,000 to assist City of Baldwyn with upgrades and enhancements to city park, including bathroom renovations and additions.

Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $500,000 to assist City of Saltillo with completion of new city fire department.

Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $25,000 to assist VFW Post 4057 in Tupelo with renovations to the post.

Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $250,000 for Lee County to improve polling precinct building at Pratts Community Center, with remaining funds for property improvements.

Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds for Lee County projects including tornado shelters ($305,000), juvenile detention center education addition ($1,000,000), 911 emergency operations center expansion ($5,000,000), and fire truck and equipment acquisition/maintenance ($2,600,000), with all bonds to be issued by July 1, 2028.
