Designates March 9, 2024, as "Omega Psi Phi Day" in Mississippi to honor the fraternity founded November 17, 1911, at Howard University.

Recognizes the fraternity's Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift, with 21 graduate chapters and 9 undergraduate chapters operating in Mississippi.

Acknowledges notable Omega members' contributions including civil rights leaders, federal appointees, and professionals in medicine, government, academia, and science.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity members and the Capitol Press Corps.
