Honors Rush's accomplishments including performing at the Great Wall of China to over 40,000 people, receiving Congressional Commendations, and performing at the Mississippi Delta Blues & Heritage Festival for 36 of its 39 years

Acknowledges Rush's musical collaborations and recordings with artists including Quincy Jones, Elvis Presley, Muddy Waters, and Ike and Tina Turner across six consecutive decades

Directs that the resolution be presented to Bobby Rush and forwarded to the Mississippi Development Authority and Capitol Press Corps
