Declares April 10, 2024 as "Mississippi Phi Theta Kappa Day" to honor the honor society's All-Mississippi Academic Team members.

Commends 107 outstanding community and junior college students from 15 Mississippi institutions recognized on the All-Mississippi Academic Team for demonstrating exceptional intellect, leadership, and academic achievement.

Recognizes the students' accomplishments and the honor they have brought to their respective colleges and the State of Mississippi.

Directs that this resolution be presented to Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
