Recognizes the Copiah-Lincoln Community College "Lady Wolves" Softball Team for winning the 2023 NJCAA Division II National Championship on May 27, 2023, marking the school's first national championship in any sport.

Team finished with a 49-10 overall record, achieved their first number one ranking in program history, and won the NJCAA Region 23 Championship with a 25-3 MACCC record.

Head Coach Meleah Howard earned NJCAA Gulf A District "Coach of the Year," NJCAA Region 23 "Coach of the Year," and NJCAA National Championship "Coach of the Tournament" honors.

Multiple players received national recognition including catcher Abby Grace Richardson as National Tournament MVP and Most Outstanding Offensive Player, pitcher Cara Biswell as Most Outstanding Pitcher, and infielder Faith Kivett as Most Outstanding Defensive Player.

Names 21 student-athletes on the roster and notes that several players earned All-American, All-Region, All-Conference, and Academic All-American honors.
