Commends the East Rankin Academy Shooting Sports Team and Coach Vince Bynum for winning their fifth consecutive Mississippi Scholastic Shooting Program (MSSP) State Championship held on March 2, 2024

Recognizes individual award winners including Top Gun Female Addison Brown, 1st Place Squad members Lana Jones, Gabe Nutt, and Brayden Warner, and various championship competitors in sporting clay and fall qualifier divisions

Acknowledges the MSSP as a team-based youth development program using shotgun sports (5-Stand, Skeet, and Sporting Clays) to teach discipline, safety, teamwork, ethics, self-confidence, and hunting skills

Directs presentation of the resolution to Coach Vince Bynum, East Rankin Academy Head of School Robyn Winstead, the school's Board of Trustees, and the Capitol Press Corps
