Prohibits municipalities, counties, and local public health authorities from adopting or enforcing ordinances, orders, or rules that prohibit or regulate the occasional sale of lemonade or other nonalcoholic beverages by individuals under 18 years of age from a stand on private property or in a public park.

Prevents requirements for licenses, permits, or fees related to such beverage sales by minors.

Prohibits property owners associations in residential subdivisions from adopting or enforcing restrictive covenants that prohibit or regulate occasional beverage sales by minors, including requirements for permits or fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
