Amends Mississippi Code Section 89-2-1 to expand landowner immunity to include structures on property and clarifies that owners owe no duty to keep premises safe, warn of hazards, or assume responsibility for injuries caused by recreational users.

Adds off-road vehicles and all-terrain vehicles to the definition of "outdoor recreational purposes" in Section 89-2-3, alongside existing activities like hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking.

Maintains that landowner immunity does not apply if fees are charged for entering/using the recreational area or if concessions sell items to recreational users.

Requires public notice of recreational land availability to be published once annually in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the land is located.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
