Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-1-83 to remove the prohibition on Sunday sales for package retailer's permit holders under the local option alcoholic beverage control law.

Retains existing restrictions on sales before 10:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m., and maintains the prohibition on Christmas Day sales.

Violations remain a misdemeanor punishable by up to $500 in fines or up to six months in county jail, with permit revocation authorized at the commission's discretion.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
