Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-117 to restrict managed care organizations from transferring enrolled beneficiaries to another managed care organization or fee-for-service Medicaid provider more than once per 12-month period.

Allows additional transfers within the 12-month period only if there is a significant medical reason, as determined by the Division of Medicaid.

Applies to all health maintenance organizations, coordinated care organizations, provider-sponsored health plans, and other capitated payment entities under managed care programs administered by the Division of Medicaid.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
