Authorizes sheriffs and their deputies to use radar speed detection devices on public roads, streets, and highways outside municipal limits for enforcing speed limits in school zones marked with caution blinking lights.

Allows radar use only within special zones designated in the vicinity of schools, restricting this authority to school safety purposes.

Requires counties to use funds collected from violations of school zone speed limits for school safety, specifically for funding school resource officers, law enforcement officers assigned to schools, or safety training for school faculty and staff.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
