Adds two new members to the Electronic Government Oversight Committee: the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks (or designee) and the Executive Director of the Department of Archives and History (or designee)

Expands the existing seven-member committee to nine members, with other current members including representatives from IT Services, State Auditor, State Treasurer, Secretary of State, Finance and Administration, Public Safety, and Revenue

Maintains the committee's responsibilities for overseeing E-Government implementation, including prioritizing electronic services, addressing privacy and security policies, and promoting electronic transactions

Preserves the Electronic Government Services Fund structure, which does not lapse at fiscal year end and remains available for subsequent year expenditure

Effective date of July 1, 2025
