Transfers administration of the Mississippi Main Street Revitalization Grant Program from the Mississippi Development Authority to the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.

Increases the maximum grant amount per community per year from $500,000 to $750,000.

Removes the requirement that the Department of Archives and History provide no more than 2% of grant fund deposits to the Mississippi Main Street Association for administrative expenses.

Reduces the Mississippi Development Authority's fiscal year 2025 appropriation by $6,972,000 and increases the Department of Archives and History's special funds appropriation by $6,972,000 to support the grant program.

Allocates $6,972,000 in grants to 22 Main Street designated communities for specific downtown revitalization projects, with individual project awards ranging from $120,000 to $500,000.
